Took my Honda in to see what's wrong with it they couldn't even tell me what's wrong had my car for over a week wasted all my gas that was in it and they still want me to pay the service charge of 115 dollars before I can get it back when they didn't do anything to it but drive it and waste my gas I'm so pissed off and they never even could even tell me what's wrong with it
They told me if I drove up there they could put me in a vehicle for the payment I needed. I told them in no uncertain terms that I needed to know before hand cause I wasn't going to waste my time. Drove almost three hours and then do to some wrong information on the application, they said they couldn't do anything and that they couldn't give me gas money cause of the error. Will be going after them for my time
Me and Abby came into Bob Brady around 6 pm and walked out with our Brand new 2017 Jeep Patriot. We had very pleasant customer service rep named Katie she was quick to get us our numbers and hold conversation while we waited a very short time till the bank approved us.
