Horrible..... had to have a key made and programmed. Cost me 200 dollars. Then the key would not unlock without setting off the alarm. Took it back and was told I'd have to by a different key and have it programmed for 350.... but they would not refund the programming fee for the first one. So i got a 75 dollar refund on a key i paid 200 for....
Horrible customer Service. I took my vehicle to be serviced for recall. I requested specific instructions once the service was completed. I spoke to 2 individuals within service department which confirmed my request would be completed. I picked up my vehicle after hours and the service I requested was not completed. To get my issues resolved it took numerous calls, messages left, no return calls. Once I reached the manager of service department he advised the issue would be taken care of next day. This dealership is a joke! I have had to take my brand new 2017 van over there 5 times now for the same problem and they kept claiming they fixed it but yet I kept having to take it back to them. And also they left grease stains on my head liner and sun visor and are now trying to say we caused those because we've had the van for 4 months. Yesterday they told me to pick a new van off the lot and then told me they didn't have any that seat 8 like mine so they would have one there this morning. I keep getting calls and emails, never filled out an application! Spoke to someone 2 months ago, I was told my information would be removed. I'm still getting spam phone calls from you. Today you call again and tell me I need to call Jennifer to get my information removed after I go thru the same thing about never filling out an out app, which is whom I was already forwarded too! Get it together and stop spaming unwanted customers.
We Bought a 2016 Honda van at the end of 2015 and we bought another 2016 Honda van this week. Joe was our salesman both times. Joe was great to work with and he made sure our experience was enjoyable. Two Great vans for great prices... Their service department is a step above all the others we have dealt with over the years.
I had a great experience here. Sara Moody was very helpful and made the entire car buying experience pleasant and easy. I would definitely recommend asking for her if you are in need of a car.
