My son bought car from Bob Brady that was advertised as having keyless entry. Pictures of the fob were included in the advertisement. They sold him the car but didn't provide a Keyless-entry fob. After 2 months of arguing they finally ordered the fob and told him he would have to take it to a different dealership and pay to have it programmed and have the key added to it. Wow! Horrible costumer service! I will not recommend them to anyone due to their lack of caring about customers after the sale.
Had an appointment with Kim Wednesday, September 7th at 10:00 AM. Thanks to the, "can do", attitude of Kim, and the Bob Brady Team; four hours later, I was the proud owner of a late model, Dodge Ram, with very low mileage. They were even able to keep the payments well below what I'd said I could afford. Vehicle shopping has never been so painless or enjoyable. Thank You!

This place is horrible! They rush and pressure you into buying a vehicle and if its late in the day and close to closing the pressure is more intense on buying what they want you to buy. When we tried to change our mind they were rude and made a huge scene as we were "escorted" off the lot by one of their very unprofessional toothless salesman. They made a dramatic scene like it was our fault when we were trying to fix the problem we were having with them. As soon as they get in your pocketbook they're done with you. NEVER B... read more
