These people are crooks. Their shit falls apart and they always have a reason the problems aren't covered. Just took my vehicle in for the third time for the same thing and this time it is something different from the first two times. Do not recommend one bit. Their cars are junk. Remind you I purchased a vehicle with 12 test drive miles on it when I drove it off. So no I did not go in and purchase a used vehicle.
Gives you the biggest run around possible. Do not buy anything from here. Will never return and will never give a good review
Don't expect this place to back you up once you take your vehicle home. Pieces fell off my flatbed truck and instead of them helping me, they just told me to call and take care of it myself. No one ever calls you back, you have to call them REPEATEDLY to get any answers. Sad. To think I spent that much money to have crap service like this. I'm going back to Ford next time, or at the very least a different Dodge dealership!!!
I can't give enough praise to the folks at Bob Brady Auto Mall. During my vehicle search I tried Hondas, Mitsubishis, Toyotas, Fords, Nissans, and Chevy's in 2 central Illinois communities and the sales staff at Bob Brady was second to none for service. Just bought another car from Bob Brady over the weekend! Had great experience years ago when I bought my Honda passport also had great experience Saturday buying my Chrysler 300. I always have my cars inspected by my mechanic before ever purchasing a vehicle always a great idea!! Thank you so much Robert Taylor and Shawn Woods for being so great! Great fun and friendly staff love the hospitality provided at Bob Brady auto mall!
