Terrible place bought a car from them and a week later they want it back ...NEVER go through them i wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy customer service is terrible as well dont trust them when they say you are approved for a car because they lie
A few weeks ago we were heading home when my dash warning lights came on and then we had a grinding wheel noise. We were close to the turn-off for Bob Brady Auto Mall and pulled in. One of the service advisors Jerry Woodard was able to get my Ram in asap and repaired the problem. Everyone was great and friendly including providing us with lunch. Thanks to Jerry and Stephanie Smith .
I got a car that they said only had two previous owner and it had three it was a rental and then have been wrecked where it had frame damage and the airbags were employed and they did not inform me of anything!!!!!

This place is horrible. We bought a vehicle from them 2 months ago and was assured that it was mechanically sound. Also have a 90 warranty along with an extended warranty but now they still want 1200 dollars to fix issues that have just come about with it. Not only have they lost my business but the business of my family.
Carrie was helpful and courteous to us. she found us a vehicle that both fit our budget and our needs thank you.
