They were great before the car was purchased. After that they were very pushy, rude and inconsiderate about a few things. It was very upsetting we had to deal with this after the loss of a family member, even after telling them this. We will not return to purchase again.

Bought car for my first time new driver. Brandon Lynch went above and beyond! I am currently looking to replace my RAV4, so I am definitely watching inventory at Bob Brady! Great experience! The service staff, upon knowing the car was for my son, also went above and beyond to have the car exceptionally clean!
