Tiffany Harrelson lied to me and assured me she had obtained auto financing for me. She kept up the lie for 2 days then when I traveled 2 hours to get there, she wasn't there and had her assistant tell me I needed 3000$ or a co signer. It was the cruelest form of a bait and switch. they didnt have to help me, but to pursue me and promise me things that were lies...thats just mean.

2 1/2 hours for oil change with scheduled appointment. Had prepaid four oil change plan and told it had expired even though nothing had ever been mentioned about expiration date. Wanted to use coupon from booklet you get with new vehicle and was told they had already started processing credit card and couldn’t do it. Had to pay full price for oil change which was ~$30 more ..... needless to say NOT HAPPY!!!
Heather helped me in each step of learning about my new car! Very friendly and helpful! So was Joe from Honda!
