I went to Boardwalk Honda today for an oil change. They had sent me an email coupon for the service at a very reasonable rate. The entire service was very professional and I truly appreciated all the additional checks they did. They issued a report identifying what items were fine and a couple of “watch” matters. The waiting room was immaculate and had nice amenities like a T.V., several copies of the AC Press, and refreshments including bottled water, soda and a Keurig machine..all without charge. I have been a customer since 2000. I have had great experiences with buying and the service department . Just bought a Honda certified CRV. My salesman, Henry was outstanding! My appointment was as scheduled. They took my car right in. They fixed the recall items and gave me a maintenance update for repairs I need to have done soon.
Waiting to sign the papers for my new car!! Everyone at Boardwalk Honda did a great job from posting amazing photos on their website that drew me into the dealership to the the courteous , helpful and friendly staff that I dealt with to make the deal happen.
