I arrived at Boardwalk Honda and entered into the service area. I stood there in the service area several minutes before being told they will be with me in a few minutes while 4 customer associates allegedly were working on there computers. I was the only customer waiting in the customer service area. I was then greeted by service associate and asked to wait in the waiting area after he took down all my information needed to service my vehicle.
