Came to Boardwalk Honda with a special email for an oil and filter change. Made my appointment and it was kept. The waiting area is very nice and the people friendly. However my paperwork stated that the service person filled my washer fluid and it was not done. My husband did it later. In addition while doing this, my husband found that the positive terminal cap was left off. How it didn't fall off driving home, I don't know. This is careless and not acceptable.
I found the Pilot of my dreams. "New" used, 4x4, low mileage & Clean ....experience was awesome with Carol M., Sales Rep ...she is amazing! Everyone I had to work with to close the deal was professional , pleasant & knowledgeable. I will shop there again... based on my experience.

Had to have a warranty repair on the passenger side air bag. Went last Monday, they ran out of the replacement part. Said more would be in Tuesday. I rescheduled for today, the next Monday. Got there at 9am on my day off. Still don't have the replacement part. They knew I would be there for the fix and they knew the part wasn't available. Why didn't anyone call me to let me know. I was thinking of getting a new Honda sometime this year. I will be looking at other Honda dealerships, not Boardwalk Honda.
