I went to the dealership to get my oil changed.They have the most pleasant staff.And very thorough. I wish all the service places was like this!
Picked up my 2017 Black Edition Ridgeline yesterday. The experience was great, as my salesman Brian Ford had everything ready for me and showed me all the new additions to the truck. Great deal and the people there are great to work with and looking forward to buying a new CR-V in the near future from them.

I usually hate everything about getting a car and for the first time in my life I can honestly say it was not just pleasant but a pleasure. If you need a honest no games guy ask for Charlie and the sales manager Dana these two gentleman were spectacular class A men who took the time to listen to my concerns, my budget and genuinely cared about making me happy! If you want a Honda ask for Charlie he is the man !

They suck!! They forgot to finalize my bought out loan . I got a hit on my credit. They didn't send me my tags and said they wasn't issue me new temps. Meanwhile if I get a ticket it's their fuck up!!! They straight up suck !!
I bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey BRAND NEW when my husband and I had triplets. I bought a brand new car so i wouldn't have issues. I've had more issues with this car than a Nissan Murano I had for SIX years, never had a major issue. Now they tell me it's an issue "honda knew about" that requires them to take my engine apart. The kicker? They are giving me an ACCORD for a loaner�������. Because, ya know, I don't have 3 car seats I have to fit across the back. Never again.
Car in for recall, they will shuttle me home because of the long wait but they won't bring me back when the car is ready? That's odd, how would I get my car? Shuttle should be up and back like other dealerships! Dropped the ball on this one Boardwalk Honda!
