Worst service of any dealership I've ever been to and I've bought many vehicles. Very rude and don't even have the courtesy to call you back. Bought a civic out of the lease and the leasing company never received the payment from Boardwalk Honda. My credit was compromised I had very rude phone calls from Honda leasing it was a nightmare and still 4 months later no plates or registration I have to drive around like an idiot with a folder incase I get pulled over. I rather walk to work than buy anything from those jerks.
Bought a Honda in PA and was forced here for service (awful)! When buying my third Honda, I drove to Turnersville even though I live within walking distance to Boardwalk just to avoid their incompetence! Now I'm trying to get service here and they won't take an appointment for a simple oil change. "Just come for express service" they say. Well too bad no one has any clue what they are doing there and with the construction still going on they all stand around with dumbfounded looks on their faces. Please stay away! Best service. Always professional and courteous. I highly recommed them. I won a 2 year lease from Literock 96.9 and Boardwalk Honda. Loved the Honda Civic so much i bought it. Many of my family members have purchased from them also.

Wouldn't buy a car here if someone paid me. We had such a horrible experience with one of the sales men. He was fine as long as he was thinking he was getting our business, but as soon as we told him we would think about it, he became rude and walked away from us without even shaking my husband's hand or thanking us. All over $500. We ended up getting our vehicle from another Honda dealership and I was very glad we did.
BEWARE! BEWARE! Very shady business practices. I feel very cheated..I will never buy another car from Boardwalk Honda!!!
