I had an issue with my 2012 CRV. Demetrio Lebron in service took EXCELLENT care of me and the car. No hassles. Their shuttle service home and back was timely and the driver couldn’t be nicer. Try them out.
Everyone was professional and courteous. Had a small issue when I arrived and the Service rep Diego and Manager Chris handled it without a problem.
Airbag Recall and routine oil change. (Always have routine maintenance done at Boardwalk). Took about an hour and half. Waited in comfortable Waiting Area. Work done to satisfaction.
Boardwalk Honda was able to diagnose a problem another local dealer could not. Thanks for the fix!
As far as I compared the rates were lower...service was good..
We arrived at boardwalk honda we were aproached by a gentleman Tariq Hassan who politely opened the front door for my husband and I. He sold me a car that i am in love with! His personality and perseverance towards us was incrediable! Our experience at boardwalk honda was amazing and i recommend anyone to work with them especially Tariq! We didnt just have a car salesman but a friend indeed! Thank you for doing a great job!
