I hired BNM Build for a home renovation, and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience. From the start, communication was terrible. Getting a response to simple questions took days, if not weeks. When they finally did show up to start the job, they were constantly late or didn’t show up at all, with no explanation or updates.
