The waiting area is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Better than other dealerships that I have used. If I could take half a star away, I would because my wait time was almost 4 hours from my time of arrival at ~10:10 AM to speaking with a service advisor at ~11:00 AM, to finally picking up my car at ~2:10 PM. I hadn't eaten breakfast or lunch and could have walked to nearby restaurants, but was told that I couldn't leave if I wanted to be a "waiter".

I’ve been taking my BMW to BMW of Fremont for years, and they continue to provide excellent service. Nick went above and beyond when I got a flat tire, ensuring I was taken care of without any hassle. It’s hard to find a dealership that combines expert knowledge with genuinely friendly customer service, but they do it perfectly. Highly recommend!

I recently took my 2025 BMW X3 M50 in for a part replacement, and the experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. The service team was professional, transparent, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What truly impressed me was the high-quality loaner vehicle they provided-it made my day so much easier and allowed me to keep moving. t's rare to find a service department that cares as much about the customer's time as they do about the car. I had a regular oil change for my 2022 x5 (<37000 miles) at Fremont BMW. Being oversold many things, and we finally selected the basic items. In the end, the tech said the engine mount collapsed and need repalcement. The quote of repalcement is $5800. They said this needs to fixed asap, and not safe to drive. I took the car to another BMW dealer the next day, paid $285 to have a 2nd opinoin. It turned out nothing was broken and need replacement/repair at all. Appointment was scheduled for 10am and was promptly checked in with an estimate completion time of 2-3hr, but actual was 6 plus hours, which is not acceptable in my view and for the service on vehicle. Only one way drop provided by Uber by service department. Courtesy detailed vehicle inspections report provided on hard copy. This is my 3rd BMW with the same dealer & pretty much stayed with the same service advisor - Nick Lal. I almost decided to switch to a MB in 2024 until I was convinced, I'd be under better care under Nick in BMW - knowledgeable, professional, caring & also ethical (my ~ 10 years with him, he never, ever tried to upsell or cross sell me for services I don't need.
