This is my 3rd BMW with the same dealer & pretty much stayed with the same service advisor - Nick Lal. I had a good experience purchasing a used car at BMW Fremont. The sales rep, Calvin responded to my questions very quickly. There were some issues with the car and Max assisted with arranging the Servicing Dept and fixed the problem. However, after purchasing the car, I did realize the trunk cover is missing and the dealer told me they were not able to find it. That’s the only thing I felt disappointed in since the trunk cover is useful in securing the belongings in the trunk.
