Appointment was scheduled for 10am and was promptly checked in with an estimate completion time of 2-3hr, but actual was 6 plus hours, which is not acceptable in my view and for the service on vehicle. Only one way drop provided by Uber by service department. Courtesy detailed vehicle inspections report provided on hard copy. Advisor was professional and explained all options for the oil change and open recall repairs and all inspection reports for recommended repairs were provided via a video msg. This is my 3rd BMW with the same dealer & pretty much stayed with the same service advisor - Nick Lal. I almost decided to switch to a MB in 2024 until I was convinced, I'd be under better care under Nick in BMW - knowledgeable, professional, caring & also ethical (my ~ 10 years with him, he never, ever tried to upsell or cross sell me for services I don't need. I had a good experience purchasing a used car at BMW Fremont. The sales rep, Calvin responded to my questions very quickly. There were some issues with the car and Max assisted with arranging the Servicing Dept and fixed the problem. However, after purchasing the car, I did realize the trunk cover is missing and the dealer told me they were not able to find it. That’s the only thing I felt disappointed in since the trunk cover is useful in securing the belongings in the trunk.
