Honestly, it's a pleasure coming to Fremont BMW. it is not your average visit to a repair shop, they are friendly, accommodating and the area is clean and well appointed. I am driving my 5th BMW, you could say I'm loyal and yet their service is top rate, I have been to every BMW dealership within the Bay Area so my assessment is true.

Max has been great with all of my follow-up experiences since it was literally the sales person's last day when I purchased the car. He took care of everything for me from detailing the car, making sure all the technology-related questions are answered, to having the front license plate installed. He is really great and I would totally recommend BMW of Fremont to my friends and family!

My advisor was one of the best I have ever had and I have had quite a number of cars during my lifetime. The advisor had reviewed my history of my vehicle being serviced even before I got to her desk in the morning. She knew exactly what was needed, required and recommended based on my past service.
