I had a terrible experience at BMW Fremont. We scheduled an appointment with sales rep Edward to test drive two cars, but were told we couldn’t test drive multiple vehicles. One of the cars, the X4, didn’t even have fuel. After waiting for over an hour, we were asked if we were just there to test drive or if we actually planned to buy. Worst BMW dealer experience I’ve had in the 15 years of owning different BMWs. Took 8 weeks to have lot damage resolved and once car was ready the dealer had damaged the paint requiring a paint correction that the dealer refused to pay for. I have called over 30 times in the 90 days since buying my car and have never once received a call back from anyone in management to correct my issue.
