I took the car in for service based on messages the car had. 1 message was :service brake pads". When the tech examined the car and provided a video of his inspection, he commented "the brake pads look like new, so we dod not need to perform this service"/ This saved me several hundred dollars. The Dealer is still investigating why I had a message for this service. I appreciate their transparency when performing servie. Anthony, the service writer, removed the service from my bill and did a great job!
I bought my X5 from this dealer at a good price. I have used the service here and it’s been great
First experience with BMW Fremont service center, they took good care of me and my car to get it back up to 100%

Anthony was very friendly, personable, professional and helpful with his customer service. He did the walk around the car with me, showing me the maintenance issues, including the issues with my tires and gave me some good hands-on tips on assessing the treads.
