My honest experience: I recently purchased a BMW X3 from this dealership and had a great overall experience. I drive only BMWs and this pre-certified BMW is the worst experience I have ever had in terms of me buying from a BMW dealership. The Sales Advisor and the Sales Manager are the two worst people I have ever experienced in my life. Either they put the blame on COVID or they put the blame on the term that it is a used car. BMW will remind you when service is due, but apparently not when your $1,000+ prepaid maintenance plan is about to expire. I learned my coverage had expired just 2 days earlier. BMW confirmed they do not send expiration reminders and expect customers to track it themselves through the app or website. Several dealerships told me this happens all the time. Disappointing customer experience from a premium brand.

Representatives review all services required and discuss available options. Although the maintenance took three hours primarily for an oil change, this was acceptable. I am satisfied with the service provided, and my vehicle was also washed.
