Overall a solid experience. Omar listened to my needs, answered all of my questions, and in the end we were able to come to a fair price and completed the deal quickly. They lowballed a bit on the trade-in, and seemed to have too much pressure on them to sell appearance and dent protections (being willing to drop the price of the car just to keep them in the deal), and naturally the finance office tried to sell multiple extremely overpriced warranties/plans to me, but even afterward they've been responsive to my questions.
