Although BMW of Fremont had an amazing used Subaru for me, the service was terrible. Not only did they slap a $13k finance fee on the price tag, they also did not follow through with getting my plates and registration from the DMV. Thankfully I was able to refinance through my credit union, who did things right. Maybe if I was purchasing a new BMW they would have taken more care.

they have performed, what i have asked and it was quick and good. I am happy with the service. Only thing, i want to bring up is - recommended service charges are very high (ex: for replacing wiper blades, they have quoted $129. it takes less than 2min to replace.) Also, for service charges payment, they are adding 2% service charge for credit card payments, which crazy and i have not seen in the past...
