Although my agent was nice she was not knowledgeable about the car or its features, or I was misled. I was given the impression the car had adoptive or active cruise control. It did not but it had the feature button. She became basically unavailable after the purchase and I lost my window to return the car. Andy Sheng Huang was very helpful & prompt in his online feedback on the car we were interested in. Sohail Aiddique greeted us right away when we walked in the door at the dealership. Andy remembered me from our multiple email correspondences and came to greet us thanking us for stopping in.
