Nick Lall was my advisor. He was welcoming, cheerful, and courteous. He explained well what the recall meant. Later, I received a video of the walkthrough, which was very helpful. The Dealership arranged my ride back home too. I got my car delivered cleaned and safety checked. It was an extremely pleasant experience!

I recommend never getting the wheel and tire warranty when purchasing a BMW. It's a ripoff and claiming a warranty issue makes one realize it's a scam.
