BMW Fremont delivers the BEST service and customer experience. I've been taking my X5 here for the last 9 years. Charles always treats me with the utmost respect, provides me with discounts to help with the cost, and makes sure that I get a loaner car. He takes his time to explain to me what is going on with my car. I truly appreciate his help every time! He is exceptional!!!

Charles found the Module for the NVLD leak was under warranty. No charge which was great. Car definitely runs better.

Fremont BMW was able to get my car in for service quickly and the wait was, well... there was really no wait. I have been to other BMW dealerships for service where, even though I had an appt, I waited and waited and felt like just another number. The service department, and Charles, treated me with respect and did not treat me as though I knew nothing about my vehicle. Had to bring my 2019 BMW 440i convertible in for a rear window that did not operate so that I couldn't lower the convertible top. My Service Advisor, Matthew Richardson kept me apprised of the status of my car throughout the repair process which took six days to resolve because of a parts availability issue. One his technician worked on the window, the technician found an additional issue that needed to be addressed. Had oil change and AC fix. The service advisor clearly provided different options with detailed explanations. Overall satisfied with the service. The waiting time is a bit long, but it was informed correctly at the beginning it was as expected.

Salesperson was polite. Manager was also very nice. Pretty positive experience here. Only reason I rated 5 stars is I don't have much to compare my experience with as this was my first car buying venture.
