This was the worst experience for me ever after trusting Frenont BMW since 2014 with the care and repairs of my 535. I am very disappointed to say the least!

BMW Fremont is where I ordered my M3 a few years ago. Their staff are always very helpful with my vehicle maintenance needs. Recently, Service Advisor Alvin helped me by keeping me apprised with updates and information with open communication by being responsive and proactive. He is awesome with email response time very professional.

Purchased a new i4 6 months ago and everything went smoothly. The only thing I requested was to not activate my free 2 year Electrify America promo as I read that many owners had trouble with it on the BMW app and to activate it on the Electrify America app instead. I was told I would not be able to drive off the lot without activating the promo then and there. The dealership is very good; however, this last service/maintenance visit, the seat calibration was not performed and the light is still on.

Brought my car for service multiple times and each time I was very disappointed. The service staff was not welcoming. Never coming back to this dealership again. I would rather drive an extra 20 miles for a better service. Thanks.

I don't come often which is good. If you are coming often that means your car isn't being serviced properly. Not a problem here Matt is the host with the most. If I have an issue an issue I'm usually taking my car in without an appt. which the staff (Matt) are happy to oblige. Maybe because I am a good customer and don't complain. Now, however when my car does have to be kept, it would be nice if the service has a car available for me to use as occasionally I have to get to work or meeting on the peninsula.
