Went in for my car service. Scheduling of the appointment was straight forward. The service manager took time to make be understand the 20K service details and what all would be done during this server and how long it would take. The vehicle was ready in time and all the necessary work done were conveyed.

My BMW, a 2021 430i had a flat tire. BMW dealers do not fix flats and the tire has to be replaced. In this case my six months installed tire practically new was ripped. Thanks to all the metal plates and potholes all over Bay Area highways and city streets. While the mechanic was replacing the flat tire and at the same time inspecting the other three tires, he noticed the tire on front passenger side is a wrong size tire on my car.
