This is the fourth BMW 3 series I've owned, and I made the mistake of going to Autowest BMW of Fremont -- because it was only 2 miles from my house. I should have stayed with East Bay BMW, where I got my other 3. The sales person in Fremont lied to me on more than one occasion, and simply refused to do any more than the bare minimum in following up on the BMW I ordered (and just got).
