This dealership has the worst service. My new car has more issues after being serviced. They serviced the car with no attention beside keeping my car for 4 days and absolutely providing no updates. Do not buy or service you car at this dealership.

This dealership has a bunch of racesist employees. New hired Simon Shen and Established employe Matthew Richardson are both raisist and don’t deserve to have a job in customer service. I bought two new BMWs there and apparently it’s ok to treat customers with discrimination.

Have been trying to reach them since last 7 days and no response. Once they sell you a car, after that you are not going to get any response from them. Their complete lack of response and assistance has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from BMW of Fremont, I strongly advise you to think twice. Their lack of responsiveness and customer care is a significant concern, and it's evident that they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction.
