0 Star : My Experience It took 5 weeks for a relatively minor accident. Mike was working on it when it had a family emergency and nobody picked up the work in his absence. I was told the parts were the issue and management told me it was all parts - OEM but only showed me a receipt for aftermarket. Many promised call backs didn’t happen. The work was fine but 5 weeks was ridiculous. Unhappy, no discount for the long wait time. I’d never recommend this establishment. Time for a new GM
