It required me to get angry about the delay to get the estimator to submit the request. This delayed me being without a car from the original plan. Otherwise the repair was fine. 0.5 Star : Customer Service See comments on estimator. However the folks I did speak with were very courteous and helpful.

When checking out, no one had told me that I would need a return appointment for the stripes to be painted. When I got to my car, I noticed they were not there and had to return to the desk to inquire about it and set up an appointment. A suggestion - It would have been nice to receive an overview of the work done and a walk around the car when picking it up.
