The unasked for aggressive and devious attempt by the sales department to get me to trade my vehicle in for a lesser vehicle was dishonest. The way that the individual presented it was as a great deal. He offered 60% of my vehicle's value, offered a lesser vehicle for sale, and sold the lesser vehicle at a higher price than it was worth while stated that he had a special deal for me.
