They contacted Geico,got the estimate to them, got the approval and had the car repaired. They also contacted me about another minor repair not covered by the accident insurance. 5 Star : Customer Service

No question Quality and customer care unmatched 5 Star : Customer Service There isn't a better customer service repair shop in Pittsburgh I only drive BMWs and have been to my fair share of dealerships and car places .. knowbody comes close to P & W

4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality The second collision work was great but the first time it was attempted to repair the wheels rather than replace which I paid $800 to have done only for it to not work and have to come back to get the wheels replaced. Granted, I was given the option to replace initially but wa stold that most times the repair is successful and saves money. So that is what I chose. 5 Star : Customer Service
