Totally understand this happens but it would have been nice to have weekly updates in an email or voicemail instead of having to call for updates.

The only reason I did not provided a 10 was when I got my car back; They left me with 1 mile tank of gas, which was extremely stressful. I almost ran out of gas on my way to the gas station. I know when I dropped off my car, it was not that low besides that incident everything else was fantastic.

Not applied, just in cardboard in the trunk with my name on it....wax residue all over the car......scratch along rear window frame on hard top convertible from replacing a hinge and cover, rear wheel was damaged and i had to follow up twice before the wheel was fixed or replaced 2.5 Star : Customer Service
