0 Star : My Experience It took 5 weeks for a relatively minor accident. Mike was working on it when it had a family emergency and nobody picked up the work in his absence. I was told the parts were the issue and management told me it was all parts - OEM but only showed me a receipt for aftermarket. Many promised call backs didn’t happen. The work was fine but 5 weeks was ridiculous. Unhappy, no discount for the long wait time. I’d never recommend this establishment. Time for a new GM

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality An adendum to the estimate required insurance approval however it took the estimator a day and a half to make the request for approval. It required me to get angry about the delay to get the estimator to submit the request. This delayed me being without a car from the original plan. Otherwise the repair was fine. 0.5 Star : Customer Service See comments on estimator. However the folks I did speak with were very courteous and helpful.
