I was very disappointed that they brought the car in more than a full week before the parts needed for the repair were at the shop. 3 Star : Customer Service See previous comment. Also, never heard an explanation from anyone except the intake personnel. I asked for a call to explain why the car needed to be there when the necessary parts for the repair were not there, but I never received that call or explanation. 5 Star : Returned Clean
