I cannot say enough about the care that Lynn gave me when I called in from the scene of my accident on the 31st Street Bridge. She saved me from being taken advantage of by a predatory tow truck driver. P&W Collision did an excellent job with the repairs. You would never know that the car had been damaged. We also had a rental car so it was not an issue. Detailing was also a nice touch and made up for length of time. 4 Star : Customer Service We had to call to get updates. We were not called by shop.
