I was given bad information, ended up having to pay a huge amount of money to extend my rental twice because they didn't even start on my car until a week after I dropped it off, then they told me the car was done but they couldn't "release" it until they got something from the insurance company (I called my insurance company and they'd never heard of such a thing). 5 Star : My Experience Job was done much quicker than originally told to me so that was great! The day I picked up my car Eric was very quick and personable, bringing my car around telling me a bit about the repairs, and returning my rental car. He even went back to the insurance company AAA, during the process to get compliance on a new part rather then a repaired part. Great service nice people.

3 Star : Likely to Recommend I would recommend having BMW collision repair done at a dealer-based certified repair shop to make sure it is done right with OEM parts.
