1 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality I dropped my vehicle off Sunday and didn’t receive a call Monday as expected. I was told it would take 3–4 days, but received no follow-up. I spoke with the advisor Wednesday—coating was to be done Thursday and car ready by Thursday evening. On Friday, I called three times and only spoke with the receptionist. I later learned the coating wasn’t applied and can’t be for 30 days post-paint. I met the manager after hours to retrieve the car and now have to return for the coat... read more

5 Star : My Experience Here is my review i will post on YELP and Google: I recently brought my Honda Pilot into AW Collision for some minor warranty work on the rear passenger quarter panel, and ended up deciding to pay out of pocket to have the entire roof repainted as well. From start to finish, the team exceeded all expectations. John Manoukian and Tre Dabney are absolute pros...not just in their technical knowledge, but in how they treat people.
