Staff are lovely but the receptionist was dreadful. Very bad mannered and unpleasant. We had been sent there due to the Victoria having a long waiting list. She asked my husband to sign the form for payment we explained a number of times that we were not paying . We had been given the appointment by the Victoria she looked down her nose and said you mean NHS. Then said you do know this IS a private hospital. So condescending and slightly humiliating. She needs some manners on how to speak to people.
I delivery to this place and the staff are very nice and it's very clean this is where i would go if i won the lottery
There yesterday evening and everyone I met could not have been more friendly, cheerful, helpful or professional.
Amazing staff who would do their upmost to make your experience a happy and easy one!
