I was told hairdresser would be 10-15 mins late, so I waited. It got to 35 mins late, not once was I updated or asked if I wanted anything. I decided I didn’t want to wait any longer and asked for a refund. Not a single apology the whole time. Will not be returning!
Had an appointment today to donate to Little Princess Trust. The team not only squeezed me in despite busy schedule, but my stylist Natalia was the most empathetic and patient person ever! Together with her knowledge she made the whole appointment so lovely and also cut my hair beautifully. Thank you!
