I felt this salon is very unprofessional. My appointment was due to start at 2pm and my stylist didnt come out the back until basically 3pm! The whole experience made me feel uncomfortabe.. Judging what I had asked for, salon conversations being innapropriate and when mentioned I had to be somewhere at 6pm at 5.30 the attitude was terrible! Such a shame because its the closest salon to where I stay but did not feel welcome.

Unprofessional and poor service received from Lisa on my wedding day. Lisa turned up to my air b n b on my wedding morning 1 hour after the agreed time which effected my day immensely, causing me to be 45 mins late for my ceremony - rushing to even manage this. Lisa never informed me of any changes to the start time. Lisa was either late or has worked out her timings to suit what was best for her and not me or my wedding. I had advised the time we had to be at the venue when booking - this was clearly ignored and not managed... read more
