I've just stayed at Bluewaters Blackpool for one night. For the cost of a twin room we were not expecting much but were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of both our room and Hotel in general. The reception and bar area were clean, Reception staff very welcoming and had us checked in in a few minutes. We were on the 2nd floor (lift not working) and found our room to be very clean and comfortable. The beds were spotlessly clean and even though quite small the bathroom was also adequate and clean. To much to list so many issues here. Avoid at all cost. May seem cheap but will cost more in the long run. Look elsewhere

Stayed here recently staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location and short walk to the piers and Blackpool tower. Hotel is very run down and our bedroom had big cobwebs in the bathroom. Soap and shower gel dispensers were empty. Bed sheets had a stain on them.

The only area of improvement would be the following: Lift wasn’t working and we struggled to carry our luggage to the third floor A later check out time would be nice
