If I could give half a star, I would. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional staff. I will be sharing this with family and friends and will also be sharing this with local pages in hopes that changes are made to this establishment. The value and love you have for your pet does not come anywhere close to the love and value of money this place cares more about. There is another one star review on here that explains exactly what I went through. I could have not say it better myself!
I called BluePearl Gwinnett late Friday evening after noticing that my dog's eye was inflamed. I explained that my dog is elderly and antisocial, and that we were nervous to take her in because she becomes highly stressed at the vet and we didn't want to make her issue worse. We've been going to Blue Pearl for the last 8-10 months after being referred by our regular vet when our dog developed severe glaucoma. Dr Belknap and each of the technicians we've met are incredible - they have great 'bedside manner', and really and truly show that they care for your pet and are determined to help get them feeling good again. I'm never one to complain however I cannot get over the poor customer service and treatment to my dog. I came in Friday because my dog had a wound on his chest due to a tree branch he got while chasing a squirrel. I called before I came and the lady I spoke to was friendly and was like "yes bring him right on in we will get him stitched up for you" I bought him in, filled out the paper work and waited for over an hour in the lobby. We received very gentle, peaceful, and respectful care as we had to make end of life decisions for our beagle. Everyone on staff was kind and helped us through a difficult time. Amazing care!
Not that I WANT to go there, but, it is the BEST place to take your fur baby. The facility is wonderful, and the doctors and techs are amazing. Thank you to Dr. Laughlin and Monti for your unbelievably caring treatment of Tia and me. Dr. Laughlin is the most amazing cardiologist. She treated me with so much compassion and respect.
