Great experience. You never want an emergency, but all the staff ( front desk, technician, and vet) was very efficient, professional, thorough, and caring. Expected to have an outrageous bill since it was after hours and an emergency clinic. Was actually less than I expected.
This is a great hospital. Dr. Whitehead is not only a great doctor, but he is very compassionate. He took care of my Daisy. The front desk ladies are very nice too, specially Heather, that called me right away. Love this place!!
They were so helpful with my dog Daisy who ate molded food and went into severe vomiting, spike 108 fever, and seizures. I was a mess and they came to the car got her, stabilized her and lowered her temp immediately. The front desk lady wasn't very nice but everyone that mattered to help Daisy was. I would recommend this vets office to everyone. THANKS GUYS EVEN FRONT DESK LADY.
The folks at Blue Pearl were wonderful. They took great care of my little girl - and me too! We were there for laser eye surgery to help shrink/stop the growth of a tumor. From the time we walked through the door until we left that evening, I was impressed.
The staff is incredibly professional and caring! Everyone, from the front desk to the Doctors, is awesome! Henry liked his visits and didn't want to leave!
BluePearl Veterinary has gained a customer for life!!! I can't begin to express the gratitude I have for all the friendly staff in helping treat my dog, Bentley after he ate a tray of chocolate brownies and cupcakes (with wrappers). A vet tech by the name of Madison, was very helpful with informing me about treatment options both in the office as well as at home if we chose to wait it out. They really love animals and are great at what they do!!
