I encourage anyone considering Blue Pearl to avoid them like the plague. My cat died in their care a few months ago and they have done nothing but harass us ever since. The fact that they charged us all this money for an animal that stayed in their care for a few hours pisses me off. The first of all charged a care credit card without the approval of my family then gave us a hard time when we asked for a refund of the funds they took without approval. We had a visit for my french bulldog after hours when my regular vet was closed. They were super kind, gentle and made our sweet girl comfortable again. Price for an after hours vet was very reasonable. So thankful to have found these guys!
