RecommendedI’m so thankful for these sweet people who were there when we brought my sweet Violet to them. They were so compassionate and kind. My heart broke to have to put my 14 year old kitty down. They are keeping her until we can come back to get her so we can bury her due to the rainy weather... They even sent me a card with some of her hair and her 4 paw prints. I am forever grateful for there kindness.

A week ago my cat that we had for 15 years suddenly became ill with what we found out was ATE...the results are fatal. Dr. Sarah Carr was so loving, informative and compassionate as she told us it was best to put our Angel to sleep. I am grateful to her and the staff the way that they treated us and our deeply loved cat. Dr. Carr sent us a hand written note with our cats paw print which was so kind. I highly recommend Blue Pearl ❤️❤️❤️.
They listened to us! They treated my dog like the unique individual he was and listened about his quirky preferences so he could be as at ease as possible. He was dying and they were so incredibly kind and frank with us...and when we were distraught, they reminded us of one of his quirks so he could leave this world as happy and unique as he lived in it. That meant all the world to us and made his passing beautiful and calm. It mattered and we won't forget it!

The decision is always difficult to bring your pet to the ER. I felt the Vet and tech were almost numb to the information they were providing to me about my cat. The vet kept pocking him to the point that I had to move him away from her. This was well past the exam. Extreme tests and costs being discussed with me. The tech came back with pain medication and while explaining it basically then made it sound like my cat would be dead in a matter of a couple weeks. All this with no testing done. It was a very difficult morning with Luna. I arrived a little before 7 am at BluePearl. The staff was very nice, accommodating, compassionate and respectful from the moment I walked in the door carrying Luna in her bed. I couldn’t have asked for better service during this very difficult time with Luna. A week ago I brought in my chihuahua who was having cluster seizures. Unfortunately she passed away, and I just have to say how supportive and kind this hospital treated us. Dr. Trainor called me (no matter the hour) whenever anything changed and gave me many options once she passed. They made everything extremely easy for during the most tough time and for that I am extremely grateful. I have never had to use them for a er.....yet. Hopefully...I won’t have to. But I have used there specialist twice. And they are fantastic!!! So friendly at the front desk....and very helpful!!!! Bought my cat 🐱 in today to see the ophthalmologist. And she was fantastic!!!! Would highly recommend!! Thank you Dr Belknap!!!
