The staff and docs at Blue Pearl are some of the kindest, most empathetic I've encountered. They have taken great care of my dog Kaiser and my family too. They take the time to listen, explain, and make sure we receive the best care possible. I couldn't be more grateful.

Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. Often, Emergency Vet facilities take advantage of concerned pet owners and you did not. I plan to let LOTS of people know this and I just wanted to say thank you again.

Dr Au completed two TPLO surgeries on our sweet Romeo each exactly 12 months apart. He is a bionic dog, but he is fully functional and happy at 4 years of age. Not only did Dr. Au do a great job, he also was very polite to our family in explaining the process and sympathizing with our concerns. Also, thank you for everything you do for Middle Tennessee Boxer Rescue dogs and alum. THANK YOU

I am so grateful for the wonderful people at Blue Pearl! My dog had a seizure in the middle of the night and I was able to call and they kept me calm and talked me though it. I was not able to physically make it in to the clinic (since I live 45 minutes away) but the help the provided over the phone was amazing! I called three times and each time they tended to my call with such care and concern. Thank you Blue Pearl! Bazinga is feeling much better this morning!

I think any veternarian that REFUSES to help a cat simply because it has FeLV is NO vet at all. FeLV is NOT an automatic death sentence..... many live for years. I personally have a cat that is 4.5 years old and is doing well, partly because I have a vet who actually cares. Shame on you, for refusing to help.

My parents lost of their dog after she had surgery at this office. After about $3,500 my parents dog received a spinal infection from her epidural, from her surgery that was for her leg. The dog was completely functional and healthy initially minus the tear in one of her tendons on a back leg. After the spinal infection set in about a month later she was completely unable to walk, and coordinate herself, she had quit eating as well and my parents had no other choice but to put the poor dog down. Took my lil Jack Russell there with really no hope, she stayed 5 days and is home and doing great. And also all of the staff their was great and compassionate, thank you Blue Pearl of Cool Springs.

Not only is the staff wonderful but their services and compassion is wonderful. Very amazing and I highly recommend them. Dr.awe is amazing. He worked on my great Dane with bloat. He is now active and loving again. They genuinely care about their patients like they r their own. Xoxoxo BARBOSSA :)
