We were referred to BluePearl after having a fibrosarcoma removed from my sweet baby Nadia. When I got to BluePearl i was immediately overwhelmed with how sweet everyone was. They offered me the cat room and to do anything necessary to assure that Nadia was comfortable. These ppl told a woman on Christmas, to either get all the funds togerher to save the life of her pet, or they were gonna let the animal die. Terrible! I'm gonna write anybody and everybody.
My experience with this clinic is the worst I have had in my twenty years of owning pets. We were referred by our vet to check for hypertension in our oldest cat, Joliet, who is twenty-years-old. Joliet was recently diagnosed with mild renal disease. The vet at BluePearl, Dr. Bercovtich, entered the room with a female vet, a nurse and a tech. My most precious Cocker Spaniel was diagnosed with IMHA a week ago. We are 7 days in and still fighting the good fight with the dedication and expertise of the staff here at Blue Pearl. Because of her extended stay I have interacted with most every doctor, technician and front office assistant on staff. They have each been incredibly kind to us. I can sum the whole organization up in one word - EXCELLENT!
I would highly recommend Blue Pearl for your emergency care needs. They have done surgeries on two of my dogs, one orthopedic and one emergency and they are exceptional. Very professional, caring and just awesome. Would definitely give them all my emergency business. Can not say enough great things about this place from the girls at the front desk, Dr. Hilliard, and surgeons Dr. Au and Dr. Wood.
This place is 5 PAWS Pawesome! My 11 year old Yorkie has multiple medical issues including collapsing trachea, epilepsy, hypothyroidism, hypertension, obesity..... Had our first visit today with PAWSOME Dogtor Carly Waugh and have comprehensive plan to manage all issues. We have HOPE and a much needed light at the end of the tunnel. Everyone from front desk to nurses are GREAT! See you next week!
