Lovely pub, amazing food, wonderful people. The Blue Lion Inn is the place ww had our best dinner last year, so we really wanted to come back for more and we did! Atmosphere is lovely, people are wonderful, food was tasty like last time. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for two nights and ate in the restaurant on the second night. The owners were really friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my partner’s dietary requirements (gluten free). The pub had a lovely atmosphere, and the food was incredible. A real find, we will definitely be staying again.

We didn't stay at the Blue Lion but ate there one evening while in the area. This is very much a 'typical pub' with a lovely warm friendly atmosphere. The car park was full when we arrived at 6.30, but you can park on the road side. The barman was very busy, but despite this he was very friendly and welcoming. There was a wide choice of dishes on the menu as well as a specials board - all very reasonably priced. Visited twice in a Steak superb both times. Burger outstanding chips phenomenal cod amazing. Would gladly visit again!

We went to the blue lion inn after looking at online reviews for my son’s birthday, and we weren’t disappointed. Starters of halloumi fries, calamari, chicken wings and Olives. All was well cooked, seasoned and tasted beautifully! For main we had 2x steaks, chicken supreme and a burger - all were stunning and good sized portions. The Staff were very attentive. We will definitely visit when we are on holiday again!
