This much-loved restaurant reportedly was once the site of boxing matches refereed by none other than Ernest Hemingway. Now you will find avant-garde artwork in the gallery upstairs and great chow at modest prices in the restaurant. Caribbean flavors predominate and baking is done on the premises where desserts, rolls and breads pour from the ovens. All three meals are served here and Sunday brunch draws crowd. No reservations are taken, so be prepared to wait in line. That may, in fact, be half the fun.

What a gem to find! Had the eggs Benedict! Great tucked in amongst the trees! Chickens running around coffee was great too! Definitely worth the trip !
So charming! The atmosphere and ambiance was old town, artsy funky Key West... festive but relaxing. Beautiful outdoor seating surrounded by trees, vegetation and funky art! The service was great and the food simply sumptuous- someone told us about this place and we're glad we went.
No trip to Key West would be complete without a meal at this onetime brothel. I've heard brunch is the better option, which is what I tried. Great, stick-to-your rib breakfast food and one of the best slabs of key lime pie on the island. It's al fresco dining, and chickens roam at your feet freely. very bright and cheerful atmosphere. Delightful staff service was quick and waitress knowledgeable. Never had lobster before for breakfast and will come for the lobster Benedict with key lime hollandaise sauce.
No more cats! But it is all outside. They have super tall meringue on their key lime pie, so if u like that enjoy! I don't care for lots of meringue, so it wasn't ideal for me, but i still enjoyed it. The bartenders were very accommodating, they made me a vanilla milk shake & its not even on the menu. & they made my sister in law a vanilla milk shake w/ Kahlua in it, & she loved it. My husband's step dad would have stayed in there the whole vacation if we'd have let him.
roof top is insane. lobster omelets all the way around. we found this place online and im glad we did. great breakfast spot. some stuff was pricey but the food was original and awesome. never ate anywhere w live chickens running around. it was a real treat

LOVE this place! – i love this place they have the best breakfast and mimosas and they are very affordable! they have live music and all the staff is great! will come here again for sure!
