Awesome good mix of people open 6 days a week 100% recommend
A group of us girls wanted to learn self defence. Rob was extremely accommodating to our lack of experience. He was polite, informative and very professional. We all had great fun and felt completely comfortable. Thank you so much!
My son trains here twice a week & I train 4 times a week - we've been coming for over 2 years now it has a warm, Friendly atmosphere everyone is so welcoming. Rob is great at what he does and his experience shows in his different training styles - he also has the patience of a Saint with the kids class! Lol
