Phoned looking for a place for my 4yo daughters first haircut, was abruptly told there were no appointments over the weekend. Explained there was no rush, just looking for something in the near future. Was told they were booked up the following week. That's fine, any appointments at all coming up? Received a sharp, "no, we're all booked up" so I asked are you honestly telling me you've no appointments ever?! "Yes, we're very busy" I'm assuming they just don't want to do kids haircuts and have a terrible telephone manner.
